Service connections and external networks

A new water or sewer connection means a trench from the public network to the building, a manhole and a pipe laid at the right depth — below frost depth for water and with a continuous fall for sewers.

How it works

  • The client obtains the approval and technical conditions from the water operator (we explain which documents are needed).
  • We dig the trench, lay the pipe on a sand bed and install the manholes.
  • The connection to the public network is made to the operator's requirements.
  • We backfill in compacted layers and reinstate the surface.
