Details
Ground prepared properly
A platform or a path lasts only if the layer underneath was compacted properly. Fill is placed in thin layers, each compacted before the next, so that no settlement occurs.

- Topsoil stripping and grading to level.
- Fills with soil, gravel or crushed stone, compacted in layers.
- Platforms for houses, warehouses, car parks and paths.
- Reinstatement after utility works: green areas or preparation for paving and asphalt.
